This well-designed 1, 5-room apartment is located in the district Berlin Schmargendorf, which is part of Wilmersdorf. The nearest U-Bahn stations are U2, U3: Heidelberger Platz and Rüdesheimer Platz . The building in Schlangenbader Str. is an architectural monument from the 1970s. The "Schlange" is a prime example of the forward-looking urban development of those years and covers the A104 over a length of 600m. The flat is in the front building, which is not part of the development. Even for tenants without their own car, the transport connections are perfect. It is only 5 minutes to the next bus stop and an 8-minute walk to the next underground station, which is Heidelberger Platz.
