Minimum Rental Reriod for a furnished Apartment

Information in the exposé

All information regarding the minimum rental period of each listed property can be found in the expose. For most flats this is two months. Owners prefer tenants who wish to rent for longer periods of time (up to one year or even longer). This is why it is worth letting us know as early as possible if you might want to extend your contract or not. Very few owners offer their flats for just one month.

Owners often receive more than one application

There are often many applicants for one apartment. Even if you want to rent for the minimum amount of time, the owner will, more often than not, decide to let the flat out to the person who will rent it for the longest (1 year maximum). If you apply months in advance, it may well be the case that the owner wants to wait a little while to see if they can find someone to rent it for a longer period. Don't forget to let us know exactly what you are looking for when you send us your request for an apartment. Include information specifically about what you need, which districts you would prefer, your maximum rental price, the number of tenants, and your desire to view or extend the contract, so that we can provide you with suitable options.
