No commission fee for tenants of an apartment

Since June 1, 2015, the landlord has to pay the commission fee.
There is no longer a fee for the tenant. This used to be the case before June 1, 2015.
So if you have read that you have to pay a commission fee somewhere on the internet, these articles were written before June 2015.

Are there any extra costs?

You only always pay the rent of an apartment. Sometimes WiFi and parking is extra, sometimes it is included. Please find all information on the expose of each apartment.
Final cleaning always has to be paid as an extra.
