This spacious and quiet 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies is in a new building, just across the street from the popular Winskiez. It is only 3 minutes to the tram stop M10 Winsstr, which takes you to Nordbahnhof (Mitte) or Warschauer Str . Friedrichshain. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars are nearby.
